Please note that we have limited availability. Therefore we DO NOT reserve dates. The only way to guarantee your date is by confirming and paying your deposit which is non-refundable.
All orders below $350 must be paid in full same day. Order above that amount require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.
Balance must be paid in full 10 days prior your event. Weddings must pay balance 30 days prior the event
-If you are placing your order within this 10 day period, payment in FULL is required at the time the order is placed regardless of total amount· If you wish to cancel, you MUST cancel 14 days prior your event, after that it becomes non-refundable. (The deposit will always be NON-REFUNDABLE)
ONLINE STORE: we need at least 7 days notice for all orders through our online store. With the exception of the collection “available today.”
IMPORTANT: We do no start working on your order, until the balance is paid in full. · We will attempt to contact you if payment hasn’t been received by the 7th day prior your event. We will automatically cancel the order, due to non-payment and non-response.
Wedding cakes: · A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed, this is non-refundable · Balance is due 30 days prior the event.
