Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, there is absolutely NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We only take a limited number of orders (cake, cookies, etc.) per date, as such once an order is placed, a date is reserved specially for you, this means we have to turn down other orders to fulfill yours; as such there is NO REFUNDS regardless of when the order is cancelled. On a case by case basis we may consider a store credit. This also applies to ready made cakes, cake pops an other items made to order. Please note no changes cant be made once the order is placed
